Crystale Boisvert is a certified yoga teacher and mindfulness facilitator with over 7,000 hours of teaching experience. She has always loved movement as dance and martial arts were some of her first pillars to movement.

She is a 7th degree Reiki Master, with additional training in Tibetan energy medicine and massage.  She has studied different lineages and teachings of Tantra and has infused this wisdom in all that she offers.

She co-founded the Reiki Grandmaster Academy in Ottawa in 2012 with her Teacher, offering private and group Reiki therapies and emotional intelligence coaching. Combining all of her training, experience and expertise Crystale has created a well grounded and interactive new form of energy medicine called Sacred Touch. She is now beginning to teach the technique in forms of workshops offering the community the opportunity to experience the empowering benefits of Sacred Touch.

Crystale was recently selected to participate in the first interactive forum on well-being, where she facilitated emotional intelligence in the workplace at Health Canada, and has offered her workshops with The Treasury Board of Canada and Shopify.
                                                
Crystale has a sharp and attentive mind, with an incredible ability to quickly identify the root of personal and emotional issues. Her curiosity and passion for self-growth and emotional work keep her on the cutting edge of current techniques and information.
