It has been a gift to share holistic life coaching services to the community of Ottawa through my scheduled yoga and meditation classes, ecstatic dances, breath and sound healing workshops and personalized private sessions. I've really enjoyed the diversity of people I get to meet each day. I have had the privileged of working with children, families, couples, individuals, both female, male, attached and not, and everything else in between. In all honesty life has shown me through experience the 50 shades of Grey... of life and much more...
I have seen life, beyond only being Black or White..
Diversity doesn't need to create adversity. I is really We.
But the one thing I see in common with most people is this..
I love how life is showing me that simply most people Need to learn how to change their stress into rest...
I see how beneficial and a NEED it is for humans to master the Art of relaxation...
When the nervous system is relaxed we think more clearly, we feel more deeply which enhances our awareness of the physical and emotional bodies.
Mindfulness through breath offers us the chance to feel relaxed so we can heal the emotional memories of the past that are locked in our cells-the micro to the macro of the body.
Your brain and body holds frozen memories of the past, which is your subconscious mind/emotion/body.
The subconscious often runs the show, and we live out old patterns, habits, and attitudes that mirror these old places hidden inside of us.
Often we have intellectually either processed a immediate experience through avoiding the emotional feeling behind it as if it never happened, like life goes on, or projected it out with their relationships. Sometimes we intellectually think about it, leading us farther away from the emotion, which can turn into a judgement... Like why would I be sad. Like you shouldn't be..

We learn how to unlock cellular memories and and change the alchemy of the emotion by first feeling it, breathing with it, and by letting the emotion flow like a passing visitor, the hormones of fight or flight change and we receive endorphins which the body thrives on..
It's allowing time to serve you rather than you being a slave to time and mind, having to figure how and why...creating at times over thinking which often leads to worry, reactions, overdoing, anxiety, panic and stuckness. Too much of this can swing us to the other extreme/ opposite confusion, numbness, frozen and depression.
A part of the mind might wonder, what's the how and why?
It is really a shift in perspective, by having faith that if you need to know why and how, the answers will come. It is by declaring I trust that I will receive the deepest insights to this memory/thought/emotion. We then breathe and let it go, not waiting for the answer nor chasing it away. We come back to Feeling our direct experience and existence in the Now, and noticing all the different sensation of the body. We can access more of who we are when we slow down with the breath, and we can experience more harmony with the mental and emotional bodies. We can access more of who we are through this natural form yet also beyond it, our soul body. The layers of bodies that make up our energetic essence is so fascinating. We forget sometimes that we are energy. Vibrating at different frequencies. The frequency of the energy that make up the body is slower and the energy that make up your energetic essence vibrates faster, some say higher. Yet this isn't a judgment that one is better. They play together to make up You, me Us.. We
The more alignment we feel in all of our bodies, the more our perceptions change and naturally we begin to ask how this experience or feeling is happening for me, rather than to me...?
We get curious about what is the lesson, gifts and blessings of the past experience after we've trusted ourselves enough to first relax, then feel safe feeling the thoughts and emotions that have been locked in memories released by the cells of your body-the micro and we breathe it back into its natural state of wholeness, resilience and health, dancing with the whole again, the macro of your body rather than fighting it.
Outer world wars on earth 🌎 will change when we first face our own inner challenges, inner conflict that often lead to outer conflict through relationships.
The way out is in...
I'm always amazed in how much I love my job. I feel so blessed to have the opportunity to share these states of being, that are mastered through daily habits, perceptions, wisdom and most of all the invitation to experience more awe of life, witnessing more the moment to moment little miracles. We can be in an attitude of gratitude and appreciation which can lead us to states of being where we feel most alive Now.
Rather than later, then.
My biggest intention as a teacher, coach and healer among many other roles I play, super mom, lover, friend, stranger...
How can I trust the moment more while connecting with others?How can I Stay in the flow? How to trust the moment so deeply, That I move beyond thinking I know what everyone needs, and rather inviting the Universe to do it through me and for me, with me..
In action, believing the Universe has my back, while admitting I don't know what others need, but I know the Universe does..
Through the awareness of the breath, and direct trust in intuition, I lead my classes and sessions. The Universe has my back and I am committed in trusting it more and more each day.
My deepest desire is to continue to deepen my relationship with trust, so that I may thrive in a peaceful state that whether Life is going my way or not... What I think I want.. I do my best to trust that life is happening for me... Rather than to me.. I feel more grateful and I get curious on how it is serving me. Rather than innocently judging it, triggering the shame body... I still have my moments when I get stuck in a loop of the mind, I feel so blessed that I have the tools that keep me grounded.

- Just so you know, while you activate and heal your body and so you may experience more presence and a a peaceful inner state, you are also changing your DNA. You are equally healing stuff that isn't even yours. When we look at the world we see that it has always been at war. Our blood remembers this, therefore when you chose to respond differently, when you show up open heartily here in the now, you change your ancestral bloodline and the future one :)
